Terms Conditions

1. All the payment shall be made in favour of "VLA Infrastructure Pvt.ltd." by Cash/Cheque/DD/PO Payable at Delhi.
2. The allottee(s) has applied for allotment of a Plot in Sai Garden ,full knowledge and subject to all the laws/notofication and rules applicable to this area in general which have been expliained by the company and undrstood by him/her.
3. The allottee has fully satisfied himself/herself about the interest and the title of the company in the said project and has understood all limitations and obligations in respect there of and no more investigation or objection by the allottee(s) in this respect.
4. The applicant has accepted the plans,designs,specification which are tentative and agree that company may effect such varitation,addition,deletion and modifications of therein as it may,in its sole discretion deem appropriate and fit or as may be done by any ccompetent authority.In case of cancellation of registration/allotment deposited amount would be refunded after deduction of 10% the basic cost of plot/plots.
5. Preferential location charges(PLC) will be 10% of the Basic cost of Plot/Plots.
6. The company reserve the right to cancel the registration/allotment in case the payment is delayed by 30 days and non-fulfillmemnt of these T&C.
7. Allotte(S) would be liable to bear all taxes,levies or assessments whether levied now or levied in future land and building as the case may be ,from the date of allotment.
8. U.P. court alone shall have the jurisdiction in all matters arising out/touching and /or/possession are not made within the aforesaid specified period except due to reason force concerning this transaction.
9. The company can change any of the T & C as per company discretions.
10. In case of cheque Bouncing the charges will be charged from buyer.
11. Services Tax & Stamp Duty,Maintenance and other applicable charges will be charged from applicant.
12. I/We have fully read and understood the above mentioned terms and conditions and I am doing all signatures without any pressure.
